Refund policy

Because our Soaps, lotions, bath products are personal-use products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped or purchased. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders-If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us withing 7 days of delivery at shopmbsoaps@gmail.com

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging when applicable.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate. 

Change of Mind- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for changes of mind, scent preferences, or products that have been opened or used.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities- Ingredients are provided with our products so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.. Please review the ingredient list before use if you have known allergies or sensitivities. 

Individual skin reactions and sensitivities can vary. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. 

Order cancellations-If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
